In my view, demolition will be the best option instead of renovation because there are loads of workings to be done inside and outside the buildings as they are too old apartments, there is a strange and disturbing smell in the flat, mostly, in de gang, slaapkamers and de woonkamer, it lacks ventilation system in the house overall, Insects are also coming inside the house when the windows are open for air to circulate. The walls are also not straight, pipes also are getting rusted and leaking and its also damaging my laminaat.

In case of demolition and new apartments will be rebuilt again hopefully, the slaapkamers have to be at the other side, not next to the stairs because when people are climbing the stairs, mostly at night, it really make noise, and this is also a kind of disturbance, and the stairs itself are too small in size, its dangerous while climbing with boodschappen and also with kinderwagen, and also for kids. There should be enough place to keep the kinderwagen in the entree downstairs. Lifts will be an luxury for the residents, And better ventilation installation has to be fixed in the kelder as there is no air circulation and its stink and very often dirty also. And concerning the balkons, there must be 2 balkons, at the front and also at the back.

In 2024, i believe that people have to stay and live in a beautiful, new, clean and modern apartments and environment, it will be a prestige also for Ridderkerk to have considered our needs and helped the residents to have better conditions of living.
